Braden breaks down tax and legal concepts into layman's terms (thank, goodness!), and gives you the confidence to run your business like a boss! If you’re ready to dominate in all areas of your business, this is a must-read!
- Amy Porterfield, Entrepreneur and Host of The Online Marketing Made Easy Podcast
Most new business owners, particularly the creative types, don't get into entrepreneurship so they can play lawyer and accountant. For most, these are the most stressful and boring areas. Unf*ck Your Biz doesn’t promise to make you an overnight legal scholar and tax aficionado, but what it does do is break down the most frequently asked questions in easy to understand ways. This book will provide you with a five-step framework to stay out of – or remedy – back tax issues, in addition to helping you shore up the legal foundations of your business. Now you could outsource this all, but at the end of the day, you are the CEO of your own biz. You need to know the basics to audit the work, know the numbers, and build the business of your dreams.
If you’ve ever thought to yourself, I might have screwed up my taxes/business/legal documents/etc. What do I do?, you are in the right place . . . Braden’s passion for business planning and tax law is simplified so that you feel comfortable retaining and truly implementing what you learn. You will flip through each chapter feeling like the boss that you already are. Toss aside your preconceived ideas of lawyers and accountants in stuffy business suits, unfamiliar vocabularies, and boring conversation . . . because Braden is here to spill the tea on how to truly unfuck your biz.

When I started my business, I came from a corporate background so I had some ideas and knowledge about the things I needed to do to start my business, but there was a lot I didn't know and I had to piece a lot of things together on my own. I wish I had known Braden from the beginning! I took his course and it helped me streamline so much so I can't wait to get a copy of his book to have on hand for easier reference when I need it. Having been a student of Braden's, I know it's going to be a great resource!

I never thought I would say I enjoyed reading a book on taxes, but I definitely did. Braden’s wit and spunk made this, often times, traumatic topic of taxes, actually really fun and enjoyable. He put into perspective the proper ways of filing your taxes, as well as covering if you should become an LLC, S Corp or sole proprietor, for small business owners. It was jam packed with knowledge and key tips that I have already put into effect in my own business! I’m so thankful that Braden has decided to share his knowledge and help us small business owners. Highly, highly recommend reading this book and getting your legal stuff figured out!!
